Jobspecification:•Proactivelyengagewithallsupplychainfunctionstakeholderstomakesuretherightandconsistentunderstandingofbusinessneedsandknowledge;•Analyzeanddocumentbusinessprocesses,study/researchnewprocessrequests,andcreateprocessesflowdiagrams;•Provideconsultingservices,communicateandcoordinatewithbusinessuser,gather,validate,anddocumentbusinessrequirementsofvarioussupplychainfunction,refinerequirementsandtranslationrequirementsintoITtechnicalsolutions;•ActasITsubjectmatterexpertinmultiprojectsofSupplyChain.BeinchargeoftheITrelevanttasksandworkstreams.•Actasbusinesssystemanalyst,establishprojecttomakeconsultedITsolutionhappenandsupportprojectinintakephase,whichisundertheguidanceofNikeprojectmethodology;•UnderstandandassistNikeChinabusinessonprojectrelatedchangesonprocess,peopleandtools.ProvidesufficienttrainingandsupporttodriveanyITrelatedtransitions.•EffectivelycommunicatewithbothNikeChinaSupplyChinafunctionteamandGCGOALTech.Workcloselywithengineeringteam,productionsupport,beanefficientbridgetomanagetherightinformationandbusinessunderstandingbetweenbusinessteamandTechTeam.•Workingwithprojectteam,monitorandmanagetheprojectdeliveryperformancetomakesurethehighqualitydeliverable.Keyqualification:•Bachelordegreeorabove,majorincomputerscienceorrelevant.•3-5yearsworkingexperienceinITbusinessconsultantorBSArole•Consumerordermanagementprojectexperienceispreferred.•BasicITapplicationarchitectureknowledge•Projectmanagementworkingexperienceispreferred.•Understandagilemethodology.•Retailindustryexperience,supplychainknowledgeisaplus•SolidwrittenandoralcommunicationskillsinbothMandarinandEnglish.•Quickleaner,goodinter-personalskill.•Multi-tasker.
